JOB DESCRIPTION – OPERATIONS

  • Responsible to find out new clients in Qatar and to manage relationship with existing clients.
  • Frequently get in touch team in HQ which is located in Dubai and report them on daily basis
  • Arrange meeting with clients and introduce our company and its products
  • Able to communicate and co-ordinate with freight forwarders and logistics team, whenever required.
  • Prepare relevant documents such as invoice, packing list etc.
  • Address the inquiries and concerns of the client and inform the same to Dubai team when it is related to technical clarification.
  • Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems
  • Running outbound campaigns (phone calls, emails, etc.) to create sales opportunities
  • Maintaining client activities in database
  • Responsible to run and manage Qatar Office.
  • Ensuring excellent customer service through regular client follow up
  • Managing virtual and in-person sales meetings

Skills required

  • Previous proven experience in operations and business developments
  • Previous experience in O & G industry
  • Basis knowledge about logistics
  • Able to communicate in English and Hindi
  • Minimum 2-3 years of Qatar experience is required.
  • Willing to travel and arrange meetings with clients inside Qatar
  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
