JOB PURPOSE Maintaining Engineering store activities and reporting all transaction PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES Implementing all processes and procedures related to the store. Daily posting of all store transaction in SAP and/or other systems. Identify material to be ordered/purchased based on the pre-determined re-order levels. Receive ordered materials receiving physically against the Purchase order & confirm, organize and label parts and other stored items, and issue them upon request (as per the procedures). Preparing P.R /P.O and Goods receipt and any other required transactions and documents. Daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly inventory process execution. Ensure compliance to PepsiCo financials and controls protocols. Communication and follow up with purchasing department for quotation & delivery of materials to maintain the stocks within the limits. Liaison with POC , MuBuy, Suppliers (local and imported) & Finance team to manage procurement of materials and services related to maintenance requirements. Coordinate with customs clearance team for clearance of shipments related to SP and Maintenance function. Tracking of all stored operating supplies/ materials, and deliver reports to concerned department heads. Highlight the maintenance Dept. expenses to the Direct Manager in regular interval. Ensure all requirements of the EHS policies procedures are adhere too. Ensure all requirements of the food safety policies procedures are adhere too. Tracking of all stored operating supplies/ materials, and prepare regular reports. To implement, sustain and participate in the continual improvement of the OH&S Management System (MS) at area of responsibility in accordance to the legislations, PepsiCo GEHSMS and relevant EHS standards, ensuring proper controls for all hazards and risks associated with all activities/areas are in place and OH&S targets are achieved. Qualifications EXPERIENCE/COMPETENCIES REQUIRED Minimum 3-5 year’s Experience in spare parts warehouse/ inventory and spare parts management Have good knowledge in using SAP Team player Financial fundamentals & controls awareness Have a general knowledge and ability to use computers (MS office applications). Have good command in English language. Flexible in tolerating to changes and accepting new ideas. Have Quality and Food Safety QFS systems and policies knowledge. Environment, Health and Safety EHS systems and policies knowledge Have good written communication skills Can support and motivate others. Analytical thinker
