Intern Software Developer

As part of the telecom Network Inventory portfolio, we develop a web-based physical network inventory management solution to model and document all physical assets of the telecom network. A physical network inventory offers a complete and accurate representation of the physical network, from the switch to the customer. It provides an end-to-end network view that allows the network model to be visualized, analyzed and manipulated at any level.The product is built upon a powerful, spatially enabled database that provides a complete suite of GIS tools to manage business's critical network information.You will get an opportunity to develop and maintain an industry-leading software product that has millions of lines of code and is used by telecom operators all over the world. You’ll learn to think about scale, configurability and how to make your features' production ready. In terms of languages and frameworks, we speak C#/.Net, Typescript, Javascript, Polymer and ReactJS.

Skills

Applicants should be recent graduates or undergraduates who have no semesters remaining after their internship/training concludes. Typically, applicants should have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Communication Engineering or any related technical discipline.In addition to academic qualifications, we’re looking for interns who are always curious and have a desire to learn. They need to have great attention to detail, but with a great sense of agility and scope. We look for software developers who are meticulous about operational and engineering excellence and take pride in understanding and owning features from design, through to code, testing, and production, while building in logging and testing throughout the journey.Technical skills we look for in all our hires are:Deep understanding of front-end languages (CSS, HTML, Typescript, JavaScript, etc.).Strong functional knowledge or hands on experience with Web Services (RESTful APIs).Experience with C#/.Net is a plus.Experience in one or more relevant front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, etc.Understanding of computer science fundamentals in OO design, functional programming, data structure, and algorithm design.Experience creating engaging, intuitive, efficient and highly usable user interfaces.Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skillsاضغط هنا للتقدم للوظيفة من الموقع الأصلي
