The opportunity
To effectively manage the day-to-day admin of the reception area and to provide a first-class service in a professional and efficient manner.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring the first impression is of the highest standards whether in person or over the telephone.
- Receiving and welcoming all visitors and clients to office reception.
- Providing calendar management, answering and screening of incoming calls, routing for action and follow up.
- Supporting with the general office duties.
- Booking meeting rooms and logging helpdesk jobs.
- Ensuring services are delivered to the agreed service levels.
- Developing strong relationships with visitors and staff at all levels.
- Answering calls, keys management and others.
- Keeping records and files updated.
- Managing the courier service.
About you
You will have strong organisation and multi-tasking skills. You will have experience in stakeholder management and delivering exemplary customer service. Previous reception experience preferred. You will also have knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
