- Diagnose the damages, estimate the cost of repairs and define total payment cost.
- Gather and verify all official /legal documents and ensure it’s approved before the vehicles repair.
- Negotiate with insurance companies all related cost and coordinate with them on any inquiry that might arise during the repair process.
- Ask the direct manager for any difficulties or support.
- Communicate with customers regarding any modifications or request that might arise during the repair process.
Education:
- Mechanical institution.
experience:
- 3 years in a related field
