الوصف الوظيفي
Responsibilities:
- Providing and interpreting financial information.
- Monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends.
- Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
- Managing company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems.
- Liaising with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out.
- Developing external relationships with appropriate contacts, e.g. auditors, solicitors, bankers and statutory organizations such as the Inland Revenue;
- Producing accurate financial reports to specific deadlines.
- Preparation and management of budgets.
- Arranging sources of finance for company's debt facilities.
- Monitoring the procurement process of company.
- Monitoring production cost of finished products.
- Providing monthly MIS reports like P&L, Tableau de bord, Cash flow, Customer performance, departmental profit for the group.
- KPI for Receivables, Payables, Stock and Working capital, Margin analysis.
- Conducting inter-department meeting and intra-department meetings.
- All the financial feasibility studies for the new projects in the various departments.
- Providing necessary information to management as and when necessary.
- To make contract with the outside services for auditing, banking, investments, and other financial needs.
- Having knowledge about current market trends to seek out the methods of minimizing financial risk to the company.
- Maintain the financial policies & procedures for the company to understand and to cling to the financial regulations.
- Ensuring appropriate provisions for Zakat & VAT and coordinating for final Certificates from the GAZT.
- Coordinate with consultant for Withholding Tax (WHT) clearance and submitting necessary documents for WHT provisions. Ensuring compliance with WHT rules on monthly basis.
- Provide training to new and existing staff as needed.

Skills or Competencies:
- Strong leadership with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Having attention to detail with the ability to plan to use organizational skills.
- Strong demonstrated use of Excel, Word & Power point along with having knowledge of Advanced Excel skills.
- Will need to demonstrate that they can apply theoretical knowledge on relevant aspects of Finance & Accounting functions as per the IFRS guidelines.
- Report writing skills.
- Experience in ERP- Microsoft 365 is an advance
- Arabic and English
Profile:
- Nationality: Any
- Academic: CA/CPA/CMA/IFRS Dip
- Having minimum 5 years of experience in a finance management role.
