Working collaboratively as a Female Trainer to support company Training dept.
- Establish a conducive learning environment for learners
- Conduct and deliver sessions as per approved form Training department in the Company
- Organize the workers for learning so as to support a healthy training environment for the learners.
- Work with the training team as team work according to training approach and plans
- Ensure safety of workers during training activities
- Develop appropriate skills and social abilities to enable the development of workers, according to age, ability, and aptitude
المهارات
- Bachelors or equivalent in teaching or educational aspects
- 2 – 5 Years’ experience in learning or teaching
- Ability to guide training and learning process
- Preferred age between 25 – 35 years
- Skills in training delivery
- Good moral standing with the company & KSA country
- Ability to use computer skills ex. Microsoft office (word, excel and PP)
- Fluency in spoken/written English language
- Female
