Talent & Performance Management Senior Analyst

الوصف الوظيفي

  • Support to develop and implement training programs of the strategic plan including leadership and succession planning and other training subjects as required
  • Developing effective learning paths that provide for all learning needs and learning styles, and are linked to competency frameworks, with defined annual and semi-annual training plans (as required)
  • Assist the Talent & Performance section head to develop and implement the company development programs and participate with division/department heads in the identification of high potential individuals suitable for participation in the fast-track program.
  • Assist the Talent & Performance section head in monitoring the operational performance of the department against the approved targets and KPIs.
  • Assist the Talent & Performance section head to manage the Performance Management System database, ensuring that all employees complete performance forms and documents to specification and within deadlines, and in line with Performance Management policies and procedures.
  • Ensures the LMS &PMS systems are updated with the latest employee data.

المهارات

Qualification:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 Years of related experience.
