About this role:
HSE:.Support safety culture through participation in COMPANY safety initiatives such as Incident Free.Promote & comply with applicable safety instructions and other company HSE procedures in all activitiesMain activities:
.Manage the action registers of various studies and projects being executed in support of the task force, including chasing resolution of actions.Follow up on activity plans and support the production of period reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual) for internal and external stakeholders.Provide support for engagements at a corporate level with shareholders and other entities external to CPD o Collaboration with CPD Business Performance team for the planning of engagements
o Coordinate attendance of CPD personnel o Collate and distribute pre-read material o Coordinate the production, review and final issue of minutes of meetings including follow-up of actions.Setup and maintain event logs for key activities
.Expedite resolution of any technical queries and deviation requests raised by engineering contractors.Prepare standard templates for different types of presentation and report.Prepare terms of reference for different types of engagement.Maintain and overview of KPIs relevant to some CPD activities
.Stakeholder Interfaces:.Internal stakeholders: o Interfaces with all teams in CPD and Field Operations, Major Projects, Engineering & Construction and HSEQ o Liaises with senior management as required to execute the scope of the role, including for the resolution of actions
. External stakeholders:o Coordinate with shareholders for the review and final issue of minutes of meetings and to communicate the status of any actions raisedo Coordinate meetings with engineering contractors (weekly and monthly meetings, variation order meetings, other ad-hoc meetings)
What you need to bring:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or diploma in a technical or business-related subject.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in similar roles required, including experience on complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
