Qualifications
– Engineering degree preferably mechanical or electrical engineering
Job Description

Establishing and following up on sections goals, objectives and action plans.

Ensure and instruct staff to follow the company rules and regulations, established policies and procedure.

Ensure and monitors the adherence of general personal and industrial safety practices in the work shop and working areas.

Direct the maintenance team for achieving 100% serviceability and preparation of technical and evaluation reports pertaining facilities, equipment and vehicles.

Review standard justifications for proposed equipment or vehicle replacement and submit required reports.

Overall observant of all daily, weekly and monthly housekeeping, cleaning and sanitization activities done during the shift and ensure that all jobs are carried out efficiently according to the highest standard and conform to QC requirements.

Conduct studies to improve building, equipment, facilities and vehicles maintenance and recommend to highest management for implementation.

Overall control of contractors during projects / modifications.

Plan, control and monitor serviceability for facilities, equipment, and vehicles.

Ensure availability of necessary supply of spare parts materials for facility, equipment, operational equipment and vehicle to achieve optimum, serviceability on 24 hour period and to deter longer period of break downs.

Random check staff in their respective working areas, advice or suggest any work related points to attain the desired effectiveness of the service to be provided.

Review and approved quotations of outside work shop or sub contractor repair works to work requirement which is beyond the sections capability.
Skills

Minimum of 10 years experience in facility and vehicles maintenance.

Ability to read, write and speak English is a must.

Ability to read, review and interpret technical documents, as built drawings prepares and presents technical records and reports.

Age requirement is 30-45 years.
