Description:

needs a secretary!

Responsibilities:
Call coordination
Coordination of incoming and outgoing correspondence
Scanning Documents
Saving scanned documents in a database
Sorting and control of complete packages of customs documents
Sort documents and organize them chronologically into folders
Control of deadlines for submission of documents
Procurement of stationery and office supplies
Printout of documents
Preparation of official letters
Other assignments of the head as part of the work of the secretary.
Requirements:
Any COMPLETE education
English is mandatory, Filipino or Russian is advantage.
Experience as an office manager, secretary, executive assistant preferred
Working days Monday Friday from 9:00 to 18-00
