Tamheer Training Program provides fresh graduates with the opportunity to apply academic knowledge and skills in a professional environment and to support/promote the fresh graduate's’ career goals through contacts with professionals in their fields of study. Tamheer Training experience enables to participate in professional activities for Bupa Arabia by working on important and innovative projects. Programs are structured learning experiences where the fresh graduates and our full time professionals work together on projects within their selected departments. The Training assignments allow you to integrate knowledge and skills in manners that are mutually beneficial to you and Bupa Arabia.

The Tamheer program is a six months long on-the-job training program for Saudi graduates under the umbrella of HRDF.
– In order to be eligible for the Tamheer program, you must meet all of the criteria listed below:
- Should be a Saudi national.
- Should have a diploma, bachelor's degree or above.
- Should not have been employed for last six months.
- Should not be currently employed.
- Should not have previously participated in the Tamheer program.
- Should be qualified in the Tamheer Program.
- The applicants must be in one of the following majors: Industrial engineering, Electrical Engineering.
- Strong academic results
- Good command of the English, Arabic language and MS Office tools.
