الوصف الوظيفي
- Industry: Food & Beverage – Water Bottling Industry
- Description: the primary purpose of the Supervisor job would have functional responsibility within an assigned area and/or channel of quality distribution, merchandising and call cycle of all outlet types. As a supervisor leading a team, you have to train, motivate and control your sales and distribution force and you will be accountable and responsible for achieving team objectives/targets pre-defined by sales management.
- Job location is available at company sites in Riyadh, Jeddah & Dammam.
المهارات
- 5 years experience in a sales supervisory position dealing with FMCG products preferably in a multi-national organization or similar position.
- Route to Market (RTM) experience to implement effective distribution & reach to customers.
- Hands-on-experience with Van Sales Module & systematic sales process.
- Ability to maximize the potential of assigned sales team.
- Training and coaching of assigned sales team .
- Selling & Negotiation skills.
