Our client is looking to hire a Registrar ENT with hands on experience in latest techniques, equipment and protocol based management is preferred. · Provide general care to patients on hospital wards and in outpatient clinics;· Assist the Consultant in investigating, diagnosing and treating medically or surgically all patients referred to his specialty;

Participate in peer review, quality-related activities, and other clinical/administrative meetings when deemed necessary by the head of the department and the hospital administration;
Involve in the departmental and hospital-wide performance monitoring & Improvement activities;
Keeps current with new procedures and techniques in the field of his specialty;
Maintain the highest professional standard of conduct in line with organization’s policies and procedures and internationally accepted standards;
Performs other applicable tasks and duties assigned within the realm of his/her knowledge, skills and abilities.

Skills & Competencies:

Good listening skills and the ability to work effectively with people who have communication difficulties;
Practical skills such as good hand-eye co-ordination and manual dexterity;
Excellent vision and visuo-spatial awareness;
The ability to both work in a team and manage others effectively. Education & Qualifications:
(Government University)Bachelor’s in Medicine/ SurgeryMaster’s in related field/ BoardMinimum experience required is 3 years. | Valid license | Current experience in government facility.Willing to relocate to Kuwait.
