الوصف الوظيفي

  • Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to stay abreast of current and future hiring and business needs.
  • Conduct recruitment trips, job fairs, career days, and other recruiting activities, as required and requested.
  • Stay current with knowledge of employment regulations, industry trends, current practices, new developments, applicable laws, and employment legislation pertaining to all personnel matters.
  • Create job descriptions as required and needed by reviewing the applicable Statement of Work .
  • Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using computer databases, networking, internet recruiting resources, cold calls, media, recruiting firms, and employee referrals.
  • Evaluate candidates including determining qualifications based on job descriptions.
  • Inform potential applicants about facilities, operations, benefits, and job or career opportunities.
  • Gather and compile documentation of candidates’ credentials to provide a preliminary packet of qualifications to the hiring Manager.
  • Screen and refer applicants to hiring personnel in the organization, making hiring recommendations when requested.
  • Conduct phone interviews, reference checks, and in-person interviews as requested and necessary.
  • Use social media to promote jobs and the Company, coordinating with the Company’s HR Talent Acquisition team for all social media outreach.
  • Initiate offer letter requests upon the hiring manager’s direction.
  • Work cooperatively with all members of the staffing team to develop and implement staffing plans and activities.
