Responsibilities include administrative duties such as keeping track of all transaction documents in the client database for our real estate agents, monitoring and notifying clients of essential deadlines, complying with legal procedures, and planning appointments and final walkthroughs. Real Estate Administrator Responsibilities!
. Monitor deadlines and provide notices to appropriate parties when necessary
. Schedule necessary appointments with all parties, including open houses and the final walkthrough
. Compile and distribute weekly/monthly reports and communicate key results to the rest of the team to ensure company goals are being met
. Keeping agreements, leases and other related documents.with third parties/developers/ partners updated.
. Updating the property inventory list as required.
. Assisting the sales team and the accountant with all required information/reports/documents
. Managing and screening incoming calls and emails (inquiries and needs)
. Run and execute day-to-day activities of a real estate business unit.
. Handle and process customer needs and requirements relating to real estate deals.
. Interact with clients, owners, tenants and lessees and handle their requests and needs.
. Prepare drafts, agreements, leases and other related documents.
. Assist and support administrative staff in processing customer requests.
. Interact, plan and schedule meetings and conferences between tenants, owners, communities, project developers and attorneys as a mediator.
. Maintain and manage all databases relating the real estate functions and activities.
. Managing and maintaining a client database and preparing reports with details of deals and contracts
. Providing assistance and support to the team in the process of handling sales, leasing and rental activities
