Your tasks:

• Supervising the completeness and timeliness of duty billing. Ensuring billing quality to provide the best service to the customer. Keep a close coordination with OPS duty teams and DCE manager to highlight any foreseen issues.
• Responsible for accounting of cash and duty collections and following up with Operation & Retail teams for the uncollected invoices. Developing a culture of having a good cross-functional relationship to ensure compliance of finance policies.
• Handle petty cash reimbursement responsibility for the province.
• Cash controller for the province. Running complete cash remittance process through DHL application, CAA (cash admin application).
• Manage and review cash and duty write offs and consistently look for the opportunities to minimize the write offs. Follow the cost saving target given by Finance Manager.
• Provide management with relevant accounting information through the agreed reports that can be used for management decision making.
• Develop and engage a highly motivated team with enabling approach for them to carry their responsibilities independently.
• Set the relevant KPIs for the team and individuals and drive the performance through the KPIs.

Education

• Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Professional qualification of CA, CPA would be advantage
• SOCPA registered

Experience
Minimum of 2-3 years experience in Finance or accounting field.
Technical Knowledge/Skills

• Accounting knowledge (excellent)
• Database skills
• Software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Interpersonal skills.
• Report drafting skills.
• Presentation skills.
