Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing the whole showroom
- Responsible for staff as well as product handling
- Promoting the sales & counter sales
- Responsible to manage people & grooming staff
- Team motivation.
- Interacting with customers & provide solutions
- Handling customer queries and providing solutions
- Should be highly motivated & result oriented
- Ensure sales and customer interaction
- Assisting the customers in making a purchase decision
- Achieving sales target.
- Daily monitoring of sales target.
- Walk-in monitoring
