YOUR ROLE

Support the license Management team with administrative, and quality-control tasks to set-up a software asset management tool and migrate the existing solution
Run and maintain IT assets and Keep the IT environment stable, secure and up-to-date
Execute change management process, handle incidents and bugs fixing
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes

YOUR SKILLS

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Business Informatics
Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
Fluent English speaker
Proficient user of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
ITIL Foundation version 4 is a plus
Expertise in System Administration, preferably for ServiceNow and Programming (Java)
