IT Support (for Al Ula)

CRAFT is looking for an ideal candidate to support our team in the projects happening in Al Ula

To provide technical support for employees experiencing hardware, software, and networking issues. They work either on-site or in-person to assist with software installations, network failures, hardware malfunctions, and other IT and AV-related issues.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Troubleshoot technical support calls from employees for computers and software applications.
  • Initiate Hardware and software requests for approval, as per company standards
  • Setting up and installing new/old computers, Printers, network equipment, IP telephone, and software.
  • Checking and maintaining all meeting room hardware
  • Setting up user accounts and profiles on the network, and providing them with shared folder access
  • Installing updates, known as patches, to software applications
  • Installing and configuring operating systems, anti-virus software, and other applications such as Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Adobe Products, and 3D Software
  • Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions to resolve system issues, Network, Printer, plotters, and servers
  • Setup and troubleshoot VPN issues
  • Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams
  • Maintaining inventories of hardware and software as per company standards
  • Managing and monitoring backups of all Laptops, desktops, and servers
  • Log case and follow up with supplier/vendors for fault in company or project hardware, Software, or ISP
  • keeping a record of issues and faults along with solutions, for future reference
  • Maintain and provide access to the Building access management system
  • Monitor and maintain CCTV system.
  • Actively participate in Craft project’s AV and IT installation and configuration which includes Projector, Videowall, Led walls, Screens, Touch screens, Rack equipment, Sound system, Network, and Servers. This may include working at limited heights with scaffoldings
  • Technical Support and troubleshooting of Project AV Systems
  • Application and hardware testing with the AV team
  • Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals
  • Document all requests as per company ISO standards
  • Maintain jovial relationships with clients and employees and colleagues.

المهارات

QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Degree Holder in Computer Science Major in Web Development

Experience: 2 – 4+ Years or more experience in the field of IT Support
