YOUR ROLE

Handle all the Service and Product Reporting for Data & Analytics product
Monitor the service quality of external providers and internal DevOps teams
Consult product teams with introduction and improvement of ticket and DevOps KPIs as well as compliance topics
Contribute to the extension and dxD team wide roll-out of product reporting.
Prepare and present ad-hoc analysis with focus on product quality
Conduct compliance reviews for internal and external managed products (documentation checks and review of compliance SLAs / KPIs)
Track breached SLAs /KPIs as well as corrective and mitigation measures

YOUR SKILLS

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Business Informatics
Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
Hands-on experience with IT Service Management or DevOps tools
Fluent English speaker
Proficient user of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Power BI
Agile or ITIL certificates is a Plus
