الوصف الوظيفي
The Import/Export Assistant/Coordinator will provide support to the Import/Export Administrator and assist with the preparation of import and export documents in compliance with customs and government regulations.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Prepares documents and forms to move goods efficiently through import and export steps and procedures.
- Reviews paperwork and documents to ensure shipping, handling, storage charges, and customs fees are billed correctly.
- Maintains a database that tracks merchandise.
- Processes claims on merchandise shortages and overages.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of shipping regulations and policies.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Able to deliver under pressure with minimal supervision
- Friendly attitude and need have good coordination with the team
Education and Experience:
- At least one to two year of experience in a customs warehouse or similar setting required.
- Prior experience preparing customs and shipping documents preferred.
