They are currently looking for a Health Planning Professional to be based in Saudi Arabia.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Support in the development and delivery of the division strategy through hypothesis development, scenario testing, feasibility studies and related tasks
- Assist and prepare reports and presentations in the annual planning and budgeting cycle
- Assist in the breakdown of visions and aspirations into works streams and feasible implementation plans with achievable milestones
- Assist and prepare project descriptions for assigned projects
- Prepare requirements on assets and digital infrastructure based on forecasted demands for health and wellbeing services
- Assist in reassessments of targets and implementation plans accordingly to new and/or changed master plans
- Assist in developing the annual implementation plans. Work with divisions to monitor status (incl. progress, risks, and challenges), provide regular updates to management and complete related reporting
- Support in the management and delivery of sector projects, as required,
- Support in the preparation reports for leadership on the current and forecasted progress/completion of key assets and initiatives, with executive levels insights on key assets, requirements, and risks
- Support on administrative tasks as required for contract management
- Assist in developing scope of work documents to support new contract establishment or renewal of existing contracts
- Assist team to perform their operations in accordance with set policies and procedures
Qualification & Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Medicine, Law, (or equivalent) is required
- Master's in public health, business administration, medicine or related topics is beneficial
- 3 – 5 years of experience in Strategy/Consulting, Business analysis, or related
- 2 – 3 years of experience in health sector and healthcare planning
- Relevant experience in formulating strategic and analytical recommendations
- Ability to research, formulate insights, and communicate clearly and concisely (both orally and in writing)
- Needs to have proven experience of independently managing workloads
