They are currently looking for a Health Asset Professional to be based in Saudi Arabia.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Support the Asset Design Manager and Medical Equipment Manager in managing the asset development process
- Updating plans, applicable database and roll out programs
- Support technical contract administration: – preparation of initial asset briefing and other asset roll out related documentation
- Support in medical and non-medical equipment planning
- Work closely with and collaborate with other sectors and leadership team to ensure aligned planning and implementation across all sectors.
- Contribute to reviews of applicable guidelines, standards, and codes, to ensure compliance with international standards and company vision and theme.
- Assist in developing the annual implementation plans. Work with divisions to monitor status (incl. progress, risks, and challenges), provide regular updates to management and complete related reporting
- Support in the preparation reports for leadership on the current and forecasted progress/completion of key assets and initiatives, with executive levels insights on key assets, requirements, and risks
- Support in research for different ways for sourcing and procurement of equipment and assist in development of sourcing strategies
- Support in monitoring and evaluation of contract delivery and project performance
- Support in development and refinement of service level agreements with health facilities to formalize their receipt of patients in all scenarios
- Collate stakeholders feedback on issues, challenges and unmet requirements and develop action plans
- Act as a role model for the sector in interaction with other sectors and departments
- Assist team to perform their operations in accordance with set policies and procedures
Qualification & Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in Architecture/Engineering (or equivalent) is required
- Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Engineering a bonus
- 3 – 5 years of experience in asset development projects or related of which 2-3 years with healthcare assets
- Proven knowledge of medical and non-medical equipment planning
- Proven knowledge of, and conversant with, international health design codes and standards e.g., FGI, JCI, CBAHI, AHFG, IBC, BS, SBC, etc
- Conversant with latest industry technology, to develop high-tech designs and incorporate smart solutions into project designs.
- Computer literate, capable of using specialist architectural design programs and application e.g., AutoCAD, BIM, Aconex, etc.
- Needs to have proven experience of independently managing workloads
