Executive Assistant PA

Personal Assistant/ Executive Assistant for Chairman

Successful candidates will be Presentable Looking individual, detail-oriented and highly organized professional with confidence and strong character to get position in big company for future career growth.

PA/EA Responsibilities:

– Provide administrative and business support to chairman, organize daily document flow

– Schedule and attend meetings, take Minutes of Meeting in formal way

– Assisting Executive with a variety of projects and processes as per requirement.

– Coordinate and Follow up with team members and management

– Monitor tasks completing before deadlines and efficiently handle daily office work

– Process sensitive data and handle all correspondence with Confidentiality

– Be ready to be Multitasking, productive and fast reacting on requests

– Keep and maintain an accurate record of papers and electronic correspondence

– Manage executive and personal working desks, take care of working space and keep it always clean and organized

– Always be aware about working process and colleagues around you to understand process faster

– Filter general information, queries, phone calls, invitations to chairman and inform as per need

– Report to chairman daily, keep files and documents organized and manage database

– Communicate with suppliers, get quotations, negotiate prices and present best option

– Arranging hotel and flight bookings, visas, appointments and visits

– Assist with personal needs and requirements, organize business and family events

– Making researches and being active in presentations for different kind of projects

– Be able to work with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)

Qualification:

Bachelor Degree in any field

Multilingual AR/EN/FR

Prefer Legal background
