Digital Recruitment Specialist

Job Description

Job Purpose
Responsible for candidate attraction and engagement through different (online) strategies, tooling and techniques, working closely with the recruitment team and the business to refine, grow, and implement strategies that provide both a qualified candidate pool as well as a bespoke engagement approach, in line with the Emirates Group Employer Brand Framework. Identify and recommend new initiatives which support the departments digital recruitment strategy using knowledge of proven tactics and strategies in global marketplaces.
Job Outline:
– Collaborate closely with team members to create innovative sourcing and recruitment strategies.
– Drive and lead projects such as: email marketing, video engagement, career webinars, gamification, competitor organizational chart mapping, social media, talent communities, mapping professional and alumni association collaborating with colleagues to ensure stakeholders are communicated with and changes are successfully implemented.
– Conduct and present market research on candidate data including skill sets, demographics, hiring trends, talent supply and demand reports and identify top target companies, competitors or talent pools. Evaluate the costs and the benefits to fully assess the potential value of each initiative to support the global recruitment strategy.
– Train Recruiters in best practice sourcing and engagement techniques and ensure the team are kept current with the latest practices.
– Drive activities around pipelining for specific projects and campaigns across different business areas and geographies for active and passive talent.
– Produce reports to monitor on-line traffic flows, candidate application trends, role specific demographic data and external website cost-benefit analysis. Regularly produce other digital Recruitment based reports as requested to facilitate management decisions and work to improve existing strategies, providing feedback using analytics.
– Consult with a range of departments supporting all digital Recruitment processes to ensure new and effective enhancements are developed and solutions to systems problems are efficiently resolved.
– Act as the key contact point and custodian responsible for the updating of content on the recruitment digital channels. This will require close liaison with Recruitment Managers and their teams servicing departments across the Group's business to ensure career content accuracy, as well as regularly reviewing static content. Developing new content and auditing the quality of material submitted by Recruitment Managers will be a key responsibility.
– Represent Recruitment in front-end negotiations with digitial Recruitment agencies to negotiate and establish new business relationships and be the key liaison between the external digital Recruitment partners and Recruitment.
– Take the lead role within Recruitment to drive the enhancement of front end branding and e-Communication to a global candidate pool and at the same time steer backend functionality improvements that meet recruitment needs across the Group. This will require full project management of new enhancements, specifically conducting user needs analysis, overseeing research and investigation of best practice digital Recruitment processes and managing the steps to develop and integrate new system options and/or functionalities, all with the aim to meet the needs of multiple user groups recruiting for different skill sets and professional experience.
Qualifications & Experience
Human Resources.Other : 5+ Years
Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) :
Knowledge/skills: A sound knowledge of digital recruitment and tools associated with attraction, assessment and selection of candidates globally. Must have knowledge and experience working with database technology to source and screen candidates. Experience as a Recruiter, with strong interviewing skills. Leadership Role : NO
