Cyber Risk Advisory Senior Manager – Marsh Advisory
Job Description
Leadership:
- Develop and execute Marsh's MENA cyber strategy, in line with the global consulting and cyber risk management advisory strategies.
- Maintain knowledge of Marsh's global current and future cyber capabilities.
- Enhance the current consulting propositions and develop new capabilities.
- Drive the open sharing of information and expertise across Marsh.
- Provide regular updates (i.e., reporting) of practice performance of key sales and operational metrics to Head of Cyber Risk Consulting.
Client Development:
- Develop and convert new and expanded business opportunities, independently and/or through spheres of influence within the internal Marsh network.
- Direct, perform, and/or review research (e.g. reviews annual report, financial data, benchmarking, etc.) for business development purposes.
Project Oversight and Delivery:
- Oversee and support in engagement delivery on consulting engagements.
- Lead/oversee select and/or priority commercial consulting engagements.
- Formulate new approaches of applying cyber processes and technologies.
- Conduct peer reviews, confirm client expectations, and monitor client satisfaction of deliverables and services.
Communications:
- Develop and effectively deliver complex written and oral communications, such as proposals, technical concepts, project deliverablesand client negotiations.
- Articulate internal and external business goals and overall strategies needed to attain business goals.
What you need to have:
- 10+ Years in cybersecurity program development, and/or cyber risk management.
- Successful track record of business development and management including competitive proposal development.
- Well-versed on current cyber security technologies, industry developments, and issues, to direct best practices and resources, in a specialty area/identified business need.
- Experience as a trusted cyber advisor to senior client executives and demonstrated capabilities in influencing senior executives to board level.
- Strong knowledge and experience of industry standards, frameworks, and regulations in cyber security (such as ISO 27000-series, GDPR, CIS Critical Security Controls, NIST cybersecurity standards, PCI-DSS and others).
- Experience with Operational Technology/Industrial Control Systems and associated cyber standards, frameworks is a plus (such as ISA/IEC 62443, etc.).
- Evidence of analytical expertise and thought leadership in cyber security.
- Knowledge of cyber insurance is very helpful but not essential.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity standards and regulations within Middle East region.
- Bachelor degree and ideally a Master's degree in relevant discipline.

- Experience in Energy & Power is a plus.

- Effective team builder through professionalism, teamwork and dedication to the work.
- Demonstrated supervisory and teamwork experience.
- Ability to develop and close business opportunities.
- Interest in insurance, data & analytics, and risk management.
- Autonomous and self-starting.
- Arabic speaking is a plus.
