We are seeking an experienced CFO to manage the day-to-day financial operations of our company. The right C-Suite candidate must be ready to build and model a great company culture, provide inspired leadership to the team, establish a great working relationship with the board Chairman, and set a course for company strategy.

Job Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities:

Assisting with high-level decisions about policy and Financial Planning- strategy.
Overseeing the company’s financial activity, including budgeting, reporting, and auditing.
Assuring legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitoring compliance with laws and regulations.
Identifying and addressing financial risks and opportunities for the company.
Supervising the financial reporting and budgeting team.
Reviewing financial reports for ways to reduce costs.
Working well with the C-Suite to develop the strategic plan.

Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles. Requirements:

Bachelor’s & MBA/ Master's degree from our side of the kingdom (Ex, Any European, USA or Canada)
5- 10 years experience in finance
Born and Raised in Europe, USA, or Canada (Preferable).
the previous experience in Big 4 companies (Preferable).
Experience in a senior management position.
Strong financial and accounting background, including an understanding of profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow management, and general finance and budgeting.
Experience with corporate governance.
Proven negotiation skills.
Experience with budget management, public accounting, and cash flow.
Ability to understand new issues quickly and make wise decisions.
To do well in this role you should have experience as a CFO in a company with complex financials and an extensive balance sheet.
Ability to inspire confidence and create trust.
Ability to work under pressure, plan personal workload effectively, and delegate.
