Our client is founded by the Saudi government to bring all communities together and develop all sectors and fields with innovative solutions. The organization generates over $24 million in sales and has over 850 companies and 700 employees.
They are currently looking for a Business & Strategy Associate to be based in Saudi Arabia.
Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of Hydrogen and Green Fuel business models and implementation plans.
  • Research and analyze key industry trends, macroeconomic trends, as well as potential partners and customers.
  • Identify internal and external risks and dependencies for new business models and develop mitigation plans
  • Identify KPIs & regularly assess business performance against the strategic plan to ensure that all issues are proactively actioned for resolution.
  • Provide ad hoc support to business development managers for strategy developments
  • Assist in the development of annual business plan including capital projects plan, operational plan, and financial plan to ensure alignment with the BU strategy
  • Analyze and ensure that the business structure and processes are up to date with the business models and phase of the projects.
  • Regularly communicate across the department on business planning and process development
  • Align with stakeholders to identify talent and skills gaps to support new business models and implementation plans
  • Assist in the development of individual and team KPIs to monitor performance and success in achieving targets
  • Support in the development and implementation of Internal business processes and procedures.

Qualification & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, or related fields
  • Master's Degree in Management (preferred)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in strategy consulting, strategic business planning, business operations, or a related field
  • Experience in natural gas industry (Preferred)
  • Ability to work in a fast growing, complex, and changing organization
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate across a matrix organization
  • Strong analytical interpretation with demonstrated problem solving ability
  • Strong presentation skills, presentation preparation and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
