Role Purpose:

The account manager role is responsible for managing the social media team, account executives, and social care agents, who handle the different LTUC schools’ accounts on social media. The Account manager orchestrates different requirements from different departments and school heads to create social media communication plans to cater to their needs. Account managers are always up to date with each account’s updates and upcoming activities to make sure plans are implemented according to the overall schools’ strategy.

Account managers also develop the communication strategy and monitor the performance of social media campaigns according to set KPIs to assure the continuous improvement of each channel.

Responsibilities:

Oversee social media presence for Luminus Technical University College and its separate schools.
Manage a team of Account Executives and Social Care agents to ensure smooth content creation and delivery that is up to date with all of the programs/services/news offered by various schools.
Develop social media plans to align with an overall communications strategy to optimize marketing efforts.
Work closely with departments such as Admissions, Career Advisory, and Project Management Office to ensure objectives are met.
Connect Schools to resources within Social Media/Digital team and must stay
Hold regular meetings with schools to align on updates.
Measure the success of initiatives or campaigns.
Set KPIs and ROI for all social media channels, and manage and develop regular reports.
Stay up to date with new tools, technologies, trends, etc., that will add value and increase efficiency to work.

Qualifications & Experience

BSc degree in Marketing or any relevant field
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in social media and/or digital marketing is A MUST
Hands-on experience in content management
Excellent copywriting skills
Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video)
Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics
Knowledge of online marketing channels
Familiarity with web design
Excellent communication skills
Analytical and multitasking skills
Excellent command of Arabic and English
