الوصف الوظيفي
Purpose:
To ensure the day to day management of a team of Sales Agents, driving daily, weekly and monthly targets within an Outbound Sales environment.
Responsibilities
- Give clear, challenging objectives and targets for your team
- Meet and where possible exceed all company and individual financial targets
- Produce when required team stats on conversion calls, revenue and where applicable take action to improve any areas of concern
- Work with management team to reduce errors and take appropriate action where necessary
- Responsibility for supplying the Sales team with all necessary information in connection with any changes
- Should have excellent sales and leadership skills, as well as strong customer service skills.
- Ensure team are clear on all Marketing activity and have received the relevant training prior to launch.
- Provide guidance, instruction, direction and leadership to a group of 20 resources
- Effectively manage internal and external stakeholders
- Oversee and administer quizzes and tests to ensure employees have a firm understanding of systems, product and process
- Establish tasks for employees to ensure a clean workplace, this includes safeguarding company assets

المهارات
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or in a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales.
- In-depth knowledge of current digital marketing technologies and techniques.
- Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills in at least any 2 of [Arabic, English, Hindi]

- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales field.
