الوصف الوظيفي
Role Purpose:
Performs inspections utilizing various methods in accordance with the company and customer specifications and safety standards.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1- Inspection:
- Verification and Inspection of Incoming, In-Process, and Outgoing products.
- Ensure product meets specified company standards and customer requirements
- Ensuring that the product’s nonconformance/defects are reported.
- Welding monitoring & inspections.
- Receiving inspections (Pumps, steel plates, sheets, channels, steel pipes ).
- Final inspections.
- other QA/QC duties.
2- Reporting:
- Ensuring Reporting as per QC Procedures
- Maintains the record of all inspections and generates QC reports
- Reporting all issues pertaining to Product Quality to QA Department.
3- Testing:
- Assisting production department to carry out specific tests on customer requirements.
4- QC Certificate
- Responsible for issuance of QC Certificate to be released to Customer (or next process/department).

Educational:
Mechanical Diploma Holder
Professional Experience: 1-3 Years Experience for Diploma Holder in relevant Industry ( Quality Control, Pumps Industry)
Working Environment: ( Factory )
