We want to provide customers with a revolutionary booking experience, and beyond that we want to give businesses the right tools to cater those experiences, and equip them with the right tools to promote, manage and analyze their business effectively.
This is where you come in, our Partner Onboarding Specialist. Your primary responsibility would be to support businesses by approaching and onboarding them to the platform, to then assisting them with their first moment of success using our product and services.
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication/presentation skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships. (with fluency in verbal and written English).
Responsibilities:
- Approach businesses through various mediums (such as visits, calling, emails, social media)
- Arrange for product demos for the prospects
- Present, promote and communicate our products/services to potential partners
- Qualification and validation of potential partners through research and visits to the business
- Execute legal documentation and onboarding related documents/contracts
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Maintain a tracker of potential businesses, regularly update and track onboarding progress
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Supply management with reports on partnership needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Continuously improve through feedback
Competences and Personal Characteristics:
- Ability to work under pressure while working accurately and efficiently
- Fast learner with a high attention to detail
- Ability to think outside of the box and take the initiative
- Possess a positive, enthusiastic and motivated attitude
- Fluency in English (Additional Languages are a bonus)
