The digital marketing roles are responsible for crafting experiences to drive awareness, consideration, activation and loyalty, as well as for orchestrating the services required to enable these experiences. This team is helping to establish our modern communications vision and own the execution of new projects, capabilities and programs.
Philip Morris Management Services Middle East Ltd. is looking for a qualified Manager Digital Program Delivery to join the Marketing team in the GCC Cluster, based in Dubai. Reporting to Manager Digital Strategy, As Manager Digital Program Delivery, you will be developing and implementing immediate & long term integrated digital objectives & strategies including owned website consumer engagement/ experience (IQOS.com) strategy to drive conversion, digital infrastructure enhancement and E-commerce channel strategy including owned and 3rd party players that will lead to the achievement of GCC markets SoM and Volume targets. Identify key website metrics that will help in the delivery of business objectives and build the vital roadmap and formulate the optimization strategy that will help towards the achievement of said KPIs.
. Planning and ensuring the successful delivery of Digital activities for our audiences. Lead business interface and defining, in partnership with the other Digital Managers, by aligning the overall intention and plan for our digital programs, projects and capabilities.
. Propose Digital Strategy, and commercial objectives across Digital landscape while partnering with other Digital streams (Paid, Social and CRM) Digital Hub and IS departments.
. Drive activation of our consumers and other audiences through the effective and innovative delivery of experiences via digital, including Digital Experience Design and Consumer Insights and leverage IQOS.com as a one-stop-shop platform to drive conversion.
. Engage with digital partners and suppliers to support our goals. Utilize user research and A/B testing to gain consumer insights and guide supporting digital experience functions, delivering always-on enhancements and optimizations on front-end customer facing engagements and advising the management of back-end technology configuration systems and settings.
. Deliver always on enhancement and optimization, as well as whole new programs of new capabilities, across all our digital infrastructure. Working in partnership with all functions to ensure a combination of design, content and functionality, aligned to and reflective of our brand, commercial and digital objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS:
. University degree in Business, Engineering, (Digital) Marketing, Technology or related field.
. A proven background leading digital programs and platforms in digital
. 8+ years of experience in Digital function and capabilities including SEO/SEM, brand website UX/UI & content strategy development, owned E-commerce and Marketplace channel management
. Understanding and proven experience across a combination of integrated digital consumer journey design, web and mobile site strategy / delivery, creativity and content, Digital Owned Innovation, CMS, and analytics.
. Proficient in digital marketing technologies, Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and on-site Marketing
. Solid grasp of web development fundamentals including html, CSS and JavaScript. Detailed understanding of web design and site structures
. Preferably to have experience and/or understanding working with Salesforce (Commerce Cloud, SFMC, Service Cloud), Adobe Experience and SAP Hybris.
. Solid knowledge of market culture, online customers behavior, online and data trends.
. Strong analytical skills, problem solving capabilities, data-driven and critical thinking, ability to translate sophisticated data into meaningful insights and arrive to high quality decisions.
. Outstanding collaboration and communication skills and experience working in lean, agile, test & learn environments, where continuous improvement is the norm.
. Stakeholder management experience, leading teams and external business partners.
. Fast learner, curious and outward looking.
