Assist operations manager to maintain highest work.
Put an operational plans to the supervisors and team/group leaders.
Provide feedback to the manager and suggest process / performance improvements.
Assist manager in developing standard operating procedures and educating team on correct procedures to be followed.
Act as the coordinator between different shifts / work groups and ensure that all are on the same understanding and moving at the right direction.
Preparing and presenting performance / activity monitoring reports to the manager.
Act as the first line of contact for workers concerns / grievances, and solve it at immediate supervisor level.

Exemplary skills in managing multiple activities with a diverse group of employees.
Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
Cheerful individual with a knack of motivating individuals and converting employees into long-term assets.
Experience in issues resolution and conflict management.
Ability to communicate freely with team members and understand the concerns from a neutral outlook.
Post qualifying work experience – minimum 5 years at Supervisory or Operations.
Proven ability to assist in preparing, and presenting information etc.
Very good knowledge on English Language, both written and spoken
Business communication skills including letter, e-mail, report drafting and presentation.
Computer literate, advanced MS Office skills.
Very good knowledge and experience in safe work practices and safety and health requirements of the work site.
Should be able to drive by himself and possess a valid driving license.
