الوصف الوظيفي

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure availability and adherence to wear proper PPE’s such as masks, safety glasses, ear muffs, safety helmets, etc.
  2. Prepare Maintenance Schedule & monitoring Compliance of schedule.
  3. Routine Inspection Of Equipment’s.
  4. Analysis Of Equipment Maintenance & failures.
  5. Root Cause Analysis Of Major Breakdown.
  6. Responding to breakdowns.
  7. Creating maintenance procedures.
  8. Maintaining statistical and financial records.
  9. Managing stocks of supplies and equipment.
  10. Coordination between Instrument Section & Other Section for Execution of Maintenance tasks.
  11. Spare Parts identification and reordering. Maintain good stock levels of Spares.
  12. Ordering Spares.
  13. Develop New vendors for Spares.
  14. Prepare & Monitor Section Budget.
  15. Generate & Execute New Cost Saving Idea.
  16. Implementation of Modification in Instrument Section.
  17. Responsible for 5S Compliance.
  18. Responsible for TPM Activities.
  19. Responsible for WCOM Implementation in Electrical Section.
  20. Responsible for Project Implementation.
  21. Responsible for Conducting Interviews for Section Manpower requirement.
  22. Work on a task Time to Time assigned by Maintenance Manager.
  23. Assures the safe working practice carried out in department Activities
  24. Co Ordinate with AMC Vendors for Timely Maintenance of Equipment.
  25. Identifying and Reporting of Near miss/Unsafe act/Unsafe condition and reporting.
  26. Perform other tasks directed by immediate superior or management.

Managerial and/or Supervision Tasks:

  1. Directs the activities of Instrument section on an ongoing basis.
  2. Supervises and ensures that all Industrial Safety Regulations are abided to by the section staff
  3. Monitors the performance of staff within the section and evaluates their performance in periodic basis (twice a year)
  4. Coordinates with the human resources department to assess training needs and develop yearly training plan for all staff.
  5. Delegate responsibilities to appropriate subordinates to ensure uninterrupted business operations.

  1. Knowledge of equipment standards and documentation from OEM suppliers.
  2. Develops & implements new methods and procedures designed to improve operations, minimize operating costs and effect greater utilization of labor and materials.
  3. Plan, Oversee and Control Budget.
  4. Reviews production, quality control and maintenance reports and statistics to plan and modify maintenance activities.
  5. Solid understanding of the technical aspects of electrical and systems.
  6. Spare parts inventory management, sourcing and control and follow up with procurement department.
  7. Problem Solving and Root Cause Analysis.
  8. Enterprise Risk Management knowledge.
  9. Equipment Reliability Management.
  10. Knowledge of PLC programming & Automation
