الوصف الوظيفي
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure availability and adherence to wear proper PPE’s such as masks, safety glasses, ear muffs, safety helmets, etc.
- Prepare Maintenance Schedule & monitoring Compliance of schedule.
- Routine Inspection Of Equipment’s.
- Analysis Of Equipment Maintenance & failures.
- Root Cause Analysis Of Major Breakdown.
- Responding to breakdowns.
- Creating maintenance procedures.
- Maintaining statistical and financial records.
- Managing stocks of supplies and equipment.
- Coordination between Instrument Section & Other Section for Execution of Maintenance tasks.
- Spare Parts identification and reordering. Maintain good stock levels of Spares.
- Ordering Spares.
- Develop New vendors for Spares.
- Prepare & Monitor Section Budget.
- Generate & Execute New Cost Saving Idea.
- Implementation of Modification in Instrument Section.
- Responsible for 5S Compliance.
- Responsible for TPM Activities.
- Responsible for WCOM Implementation in Electrical Section.
- Responsible for Project Implementation.
- Responsible for Conducting Interviews for Section Manpower requirement.
- Work on a task Time to Time assigned by Maintenance Manager.
- Assures the safe working practice carried out in department Activities
- Co Ordinate with AMC Vendors for Timely Maintenance of Equipment.
- Identifying and Reporting of Near miss/Unsafe act/Unsafe condition and reporting.
- Perform other tasks directed by immediate superior or management.
Managerial and/or Supervision Tasks:
- Directs the activities of Instrument section on an ongoing basis.
- Supervises and ensures that all Industrial Safety Regulations are abided to by the section staff
- Monitors the performance of staff within the section and evaluates their performance in periodic basis (twice a year)
- Coordinates with the human resources department to assess training needs and develop yearly training plan for all staff.
- Delegate responsibilities to appropriate subordinates to ensure uninterrupted business operations.

- Knowledge of equipment standards and documentation from OEM suppliers.
- Develops & implements new methods and procedures designed to improve operations, minimize operating costs and effect greater utilization of labor and materials.
- Plan, Oversee and Control Budget.
- Reviews production, quality control and maintenance reports and statistics to plan and modify maintenance activities.
- Solid understanding of the technical aspects of electrical and systems.
- Spare parts inventory management, sourcing and control and follow up with procurement department.
- Problem Solving and Root Cause Analysis.
- Enterprise Risk Management knowledge.
- Equipment Reliability Management.
- Knowledge of PLC programming & Automation
