Job Description :
- Report to the CEO of the Company.
- Strong knowledge in Financial analysis, quantitative skills, awareness of market & industry trends.
- Provide support to manage Company's corporate portfolio of investments.
- Create business plans, valuations and financial modeling, to help management take investment decisions.
- Originate and structure investment banking/corporate finance deals such as M&A, IPO, PE, Private Placements, ECM transactions.
- Maximizes sales efforts and implements effective selling and cross-selling channels to achieve Company's financial targets.
- Oversee investor reporting, asset performance and mitigation of losses on investments i.e. support with restructuring, exit options.
- Prepare reports highlighting portfolio performance and risks.
- 10+ years of experience and should possess a relevant Masters qualification in Finance or Accounting.
