- Contribute in the design and implementation of CI/CD initiative. This requires in-depth knowledge and experience in CI/CD-related tools such as Jenkins, Maven, Groovy, Ansible, Nexus and others. This also includes the automation of some SDLC activities such as unit testing, functional testing and performance testing. Previous solid experience in the tooling of those activities is required.
- Pinpoint areas of pain in SDLC processes and resolve them by providing alternative solutions. This requires in-depth experience in IBM CLM and in JIRA
- Contribute in managing delivery repositories including code repository. This mandates solid experience in different platforms such as Jazz RTC, Atlassian Bitbucket and Git.
- Although release management is not a core role for this position, close cooperation is required with different parties to ensure smooth and proper release management process.
- Write and maintain documentation relation to key accountabilities
- Transfer the know-how of key activities to team members
- Introduce and demonstrate new processes/approaches to different users and/or stakeholders.
