We are looking for amazing customer service representatives to join our client teams in Kuwait, Qatar and KSA.

The Customer Service Representative, will act as a liaison, provide services information, answer client’s questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer might face with accuracy and efficiency.

As a successful customer service representative you should be excited to help customers, patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative with a constant approach to provide the best customer experience in the clinics.

Responsibilities

· Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls and incoming visitors

· Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction

· Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication

· Provide accurate, valid and complete information

· Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

· Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

· Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.

· Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

· Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

· Take the extra mile to engage customers

Requirements and skills

· Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative

· Strong communication skills

· Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

· High school diploma

· Good command of English
