Contract Manager

Ensure the portfolio of contracts (Owner/Customer, Consortium and Major Subcontracts) in the business, and follow contract and claim management methodologies in accordance with the Contract Management Instruction.
Participate and support Construction Project team throughout contract life cycle: proposal, formation, administration, and closeout.
Leading contract and claims negotiations and settlements together with the project management and Legal where appropriate.
Preparing a monthly executive report on overall additional costs and claim status for Sites under execution.
Support and participation in weekly and monthly project status meetings with Project team, Consultants , contractors and Suppliers.

المهارات

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering / Management or equivalent is required.
10+ years of experience in Advanced certification in project management/contract Management is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
The required location is in Riyadh & Jeddah.
