الوصف الوظيفي
- BSc in Finance/Accounting/MIS/IS or equivalent.
- 3 years of experience.
- Subject Matter Expert in the successful implementation of an SAP- based procurement requisition system/policies.
- Increased effectiveness by mentoring, guiding, and inspiring the engagement of team members.
- Thorough knowledge about agreements in order to Map the contracts’ scope to the delivery options.
- Align RFP requirements between GPS policies and LFO demands.
- Following up service delivery payments with Charge Back mechanism:
- MEA successful deliveries through SAP SuccessFactors system
- Currently: MEA (Out of KSA), APAC, EUR, & AMR regions collectively through Intercompany eBilling system
- Developed and implemented a communications plan to proactively manage the relationships with training vendors for reduced fees or new contracts/renewals.
- Timely feedback response to assist vendors through registration/payment using VIM or Supplier Support Team following ups.
- Research and establish relationships with new vendors when necessary.
- Data Analytics and cleansing skills.
- Setting up standards and delivery conditions to avoid disputes
