Provision of administrative, and logistical support services

-Document preparation for meetings and events, including drafting agendas and minutes of meeting.

-Organizing and scheduling meetings, interviews, and events.

-Formatting documents to comply with internal and client branding requirements.

-Data collection and entry.

Provision of financial support services

-Coordinating and documenting payments to contractors and consultants as well as other expenditures.

-Assisting in procurement processes.

-Performing other related tasks as required by the Managing Director.

المهارات

-Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

-Proficiency in English and Arabic.

-Demonstrated experience in conducting administrative tasks is a plus.
