- Business Process Operations / Solution Implementation
- Test Management (Manual and Automation) / Business Process Change analyzer
- Template Management / Solution documentation Assistant
- Custom Code Management / Should have knowledge in ITSM, jobs & BI monitoring ChaRM and Retrofits.
