Job Description
The Bilingual Receptionist will be the front face of the office and must be able to:
⢠Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
⢠Must be able to translate documents (English to Arabic)
⢠Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.
⢠Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges.
⢠Compose and prepare confidential correspondences, reports, and other complex documents.
⢠Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
⢠Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
⢠Must be able to manage documents.
⢠Prepare expense reports for management.
⢠Arrange flights and hotel accommodation for travelling staff.
Qualifications
⢠Must be fluent in English and Arabic
⢠UAE National
⢠Well organized
⢠Friendly and polite
⢠Efficient
⢠Able to multi-task
⢠Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint.
⢠Excellent communication skills
⢠Must have at least 2 years administrative work experience.
