A leading Medical Devices company is actively recruiting a Marketing Manager to be based in Dubai, UAE.

Key aspects of the role include:

• Developing & implementing Marketing strategies for new and existing products
• Developing, managing and monitoring offline & online marketing activities, aligned to business objectives
• Planning and executing well-performing campaigns, conferences and workshops to grow brand awareness and generate leads
• Leading social influencer marketing and community management, working with internal teams and external partners to drive brand representation through authentic social interactions
• Initiating strong collaborations with KOLs
• Working closely with local sales team, corporate marketing team and other subsidiaries’ marketing teams

المهارات

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Marketing or related discipline; MBA preferred
• 10+ years’ experience in Marketing Management
• Experienced in building brand awareness and recognition
• Must have strong local market experience and knowledge in Aesthetics
• Strong experience in Digital marketing/Social Media
• Strong experience in Events and workshops
• Creative thinker, with strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Microsoft Applications (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• UAE Driver’s license
• Transferable visa
