RAN Optimization Engineer
Job Description
Job Description :
- Have an outstanding RAN background and at least a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering / Telecommunications Engineering , (Advanced Degree Preferred).
- Have 5+ years of engineering/technical experience.
- Significant years of expert level proficiency in Radio Access Network (RAN), especially in Network Design and Optimization.
- Recognized as the technical reference in the own area of expertise within their company.
- Multi-vendor experience preferred if candidate has good technical knowledge other than Ericsson (Nokia, Samsung, or Huawei) is an advantage.
- Good presentation, time management skills & ability to work with diverse backgrounds.
- Solid experience with Tier1 operators on network planning, design, and optimization of RAN features through statistical analysis and inference.
- Oral and verbal communication, critical and analytical thinking, problem solving, active listening/hearing, thought leadership.
- Fluent English language skills with Arabic being an added advantage.
