Job Description

• Developing end-to-end learning journey of procurement staff.
• Create procurement KPIs and dashboards to support deliverables.
• Improves source-to-pay (S2P) work flow automation.
• Continues to drive the transformation agenda and ensures procurement team is trained on newly-changed systems to support the Change Management programs.
• Drives continuous improvement of processes and systems.

The Successful Applicant

• Experienced in implementing capability development, training, and change management programs.
• Knowledge in procurement processes and a good track record in S2P processes.
• Knowledge in procurement technologies (SAP-Ariba, S/4 HANA).
• Prior experience in category/sourcing management is preferable.
