JOB PURPOSE Set and apply organization environment change in a controlled manner, set training plan, and recruitment objectives as per the AOP. In addition, support the periodical OHS project by setting strategies to areas to be developed. Own and implement the HR core processes as per Pepsico standards. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES Partner with BU Executives, Managers and MU HR Teams to: Define and activate Organization Development strategies to support the transformation of the company and improve culture and alignment to the Vision and Values. Lead, facilitate and monitor consistent implementation of PepsiCo Core processes (e.g. Performance Management, People Planning, Organization Health Survey, Career Development & Succession Planning, Management & Leadership Assessment Tools). Establish (identify, implement, coach, direct) the tools for implementing Performance Management to ensure a culture of managing performance within the company. Identify, develop and implement strategies and initiatives to create an Inclusive & Diverse culture in line with PepsiCo Values. Analyze and provide insights to Organization Health Survey and other related results (In-touch, exit interviews, management assessments, etc.) to facilitate the development and implementation of meaningful & effective action plans. Develop the Talent Management and Organization strategy and agenda for the BU and manage execution efficiently and effectively. Facilitate leadership development interventions. Design and launch the yearly Training Tool Kit agenda (Soft Skills & Corporate Programs). Develop, implement and evaluate effectiveness of Organization Capability plan for SSFL. Rollout HR initiatives of SSFL wide scope. Develop strategic training and hiring plan to meet business needs. Communicate business rationale for staffing, recruiting support to business needs. Track and analyze staffing, training and development data and provide feedback to department heads. Implement all HR core processes/activities within time and budget. Provide input to all employees’ individual Personal Development Plan and ensure execution of approved plans. Produce periodical reports MEASURES Business Unit Org Health scores. People plan execution. Training and development plan execution. Key positions staffing succession rate. Organization capability improvement results. SSFL Competency Scores. % of PDR’s executed within calendar and budget. OHS participation rate. Organization performance management process Progress. Core processes timely implemented. Organization training plan versus actual. People planning deck completion for all key positions. Qualifications/Requirements Education: B.S. Degree (Preferred in Human Resources, Management, or a related field). Scope and years of experience: 7-8 years of experience in multinational companies, ideally FMCG, with at least 5 years in HR function. Language proficiency: Fluent in both English & Arabic (verbal & written). Computer skills: Excellent computer skills. Personal traits: Analytical thinking & problem-solving skills: able to develop insights from various assessments. Strong facilitation, communication & interpersonal skills. Strategic thinking Other skills: Strong consultation skills. Customer oriented with the ability to impact and influence across functions and layers. Strong project management skills.
