الوصف الوظيفي
- Manage sales employees and ensure they understand AMF approach to sales and service, and can accurately perform showroom procedures
- Meet sales goals by training, motivating, monitoring, and providing feedback to sakes staff
- Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
- Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Monitoring the staff attendance and behavior
- Develop and implement the overall store strategy.
- Monitor day to day store operations
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths
- Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)
- Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance
- Additional store manager duties as needed
- Monitor stock and inventory, and perform quality assurance of merchandise on a regular basis
- Create reports and presentations for upper management
