Position Title: Project Manager
Employment Type: Full Time

About the Client:
A well-established organization and an industry leader in organizing high profile conferences and events, based in Dubai.
Job Description:
- Creating and implementing pipeline & timeline according to budget and allocated manpower for the project
- Identifying contributors – exhibitors, sponsors, associations, governments, other organizations with the use of analysis from previous shows and market trends statistics and market research
- Negotiating of terms of participation, sending of sales contracts, receiving signed & stamped sales contracts while contacting and establishing participation with previous contributors which have been acquired from the individual sales executive.
- Creating a weekly sales report to present in weekly meetings in order to meet goals set by Exhibition Manager
- Leading the development and maintenance of a strategic plan in collaboration with the senior management team for event management along with exhibition sales
المهارات
Qualifications:
- 50 years old and below
- Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management or any equivalent
- At least 5 years' experience in the same role in project management – Events/Conference/Seminars/Lectures/Exhibitions
- Skilled in using CRM system, Project Management software, MS Office Applications
- Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
- Open to Overseas candidates
